Job Description
ACE Marketing is looking for friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will help customers with booking travel accommodations, answer inquiries regarding resorts and packages, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Requirements:
- Intermediate/O Level/Graduate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- A customer-centric attitude with patience and empathy.
Compensation: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month, including a fixed salary, uncapped commissions, and incentives.
