Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated MSE Officer who will be responsible for effectively managing loan applications for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). This dynamic position requires fieldwork, client engagement, financial analysis, and portfolio management. The MSE Officer will identify potential MSE clients, evaluate loan applications, prepare credit proposals, maintain loan portfolio health, and monitor client business performance to ensure success.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 1-2 years of experience in microfinance preferred. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of business and financial principles.
