Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to oversee incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering journey details, efficiently dispatching vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Accurately collect and input booking information.
- Use dispatch software to assign jobs effectively.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in taxi dispatching, strong communication skills in English, and familiarity with UK geography is advantageous.
