Job Description
AIT Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our offices with data entry, document processing, and overall management tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries via email, chat, and phone while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with our agents to prepare accurate quotes and proposals, manage appointments and calendars, and efficiently process insurance claims. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining client records, conducting product research, and supporting marketing efforts, including social media management.
Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in insurance software and MS Office, and excellent organizational abilities.
