Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) Shift Engineer to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our production process. The successful candidate will prioritize equipment efficiency, safety compliance, and quality assurance throughout their shift.
Key responsibilities include managing LABSA production equipment, addressing technical challenges effectively, performing routine inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications for this role include a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, relevant experience in chemical plant operations (preferably with LABSA), strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
