Job Description
AL AMEER INTERNATIONAL is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Coordinator for our Sargodha Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information regarding visas and passports.
Key responsibilities include researching travel destinations, booking tickets, reserving accommodations, and supplying essential travel information and materials. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements include a minimum of intermediate education, proficient English communication skills, and a professional appearance. Our office operates Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
