Job Description
Al-Wafiq Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Rider Coordinator to oversee and manage our team of riders, facilitating smooth logistics operations from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups with riders.
- Maintain effective communication with riders, customers, and internal teams.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Update and manage rider schedules and routes effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Urdu, English, and Punjabi.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
