Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional sales services, incorporating comprehensive market research and sales support.

2. Analyze target market segments to pinpoint potential clients.

3. Create and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.

4. Develop and sustain robust client relationships to foster sales growth.

5. Follow up on leads diligently to improve conversion rates.

6. Ensure client retention through outstanding after-sales service.

Requirements:

Proven track record in real estate sales. Strong understanding of B2C sales dynamics. Excellent communication abilities are essential.
