Job Description
Alibaba is seeking a Human Resources Systems Analyst to support the Daraz department. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and has at least two years of relevant experience. You will design, implement, and maintain HR systems to improve processes and ensure compliance with policies.
- Conduct needs analyses with HR stakeholders and integrate HR systems with internal platforms to enable seamless data flow.
- Train and support HR users, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues with IT, and recommend enhancements and upgrades.
- Required skills: SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) and SQL. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
