Job Description
Daraz, part of Alibaba Group, seeks a Sales and Logistics Lead to drive B2B courier and logistics business growth. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and has at least 4 years of B2B sales experience in courier or logistics.
- Develop and execute business development strategies; identify and close new opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and finance teams; analyze market trends and prepare proposals and reports for senior management.
- Required skills: excellent communication and negotiation, strong data-analysis ability, customer focus, Microsoft Office proficiency, tech-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
