Job Description
Alibaba seeks a Logistics Associate to support the Daraz operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or delivery operations. The successful candidate will manage LMP partners, oversee daily deliveries, returns, and backlogs, and monitor KPI performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely COD deposits and collections; perform daily and weekly reconciliations.
- Monitor partner compliance with operational and ethical standards.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support partner onboarding and training.
Required skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and multitasking, proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data reporting tools and basic finance/reconciliation preferred.
