Job Description
Allied Trading & Packaging Company is actively seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements. Additional duties include reconciling bank statements, managing bookkeeping ledgers, and analyzing employee expenditures to assist in budget preparation.
Responsibilities also encompass handling petty cash, filing taxes through the FBR online portal, and communicating with customers regarding payments and billing concerns. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of financial legislation and GAAP principles, along with proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets. The ability to work independently is essential.
