Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Vessel Operations Coordinator to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of vessels in the palm and edible oil sector. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update vessel profiles.
- Manage customer records meticulously to prevent duplicates.
- Generate accurate job orders and service quotations.
- Compile Disbursement Accounts diligently.
- Maintain accurate Bills of Lading.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping operations.
