Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Lahore. This position plays a vital role in supporting our HR and recruitment functions through various administrative and candidate management tasks on a daily basis.
Your key responsibilities will include reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate an efficient hiring process.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office are required. Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu are essential.
