Job Description
APL Logistics is currently seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Collector I to effectively manage overdue receivables. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments while resolving any disputes promptly, in accordance with company policies. Each collector will be responsible for fulfilling specialized requirements, such as generating reports and maintaining third-party websites crucial for receivables resolution. Moreover, this position entails overseeing credit balances by validating claims, processing refunds, and collaborating with third parties during the receivables closure process.
