Job Description
Appcrates seeks a full-time, in-person IELTS Trainer to deliver comprehensive Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking preparation. The role includes assessing English proficiency, designing individualized learning plans, creating lesson plans and practice materials, administering mock exams, tracking progress and attendance, and providing actionable feedback and strategies to help students attain target band scores. The trainer must remain current with IELTS formats and scoring.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in English, Linguistics, or Education preferred; proven IELTS training experience.
- Skills: excellent spoken and written English; strong knowledge of test format and scoring; ability to develop engaging lessons; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are a plus.
