Job Description
Join Appicoders Inc as an HR Executive! In this vital role, you will support our recruitment processes by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, overseeing onboarding, and maintaining essential HR records. Additionally, you will organize employee engagement activities and handle daily operational tasks, with a strong emphasis on headhunting through LinkedIn.
We are looking for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of Core HR experience, preferably those pursuing or having recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related fields. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a robust LinkedIn presence are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to Rs 50,00.00 per month.
