The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries via our official WhatsApp, email, and social media channels promptly. You will play a key role in conveying precise information about our products and services while meticulously documenting customer interactions.
Your core responsibilities will include managing social media content using Meta Business Suite, boosting posts, creating and running Meta ads, and preparing regular performance reports for management. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field, along with outstanding communication skills.
