Job Description
Arksbay Solutions is actively seeking a proficient HR Operations Expert to oversee HR functions while ensuring adherence to labor laws in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leave policies, employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment contracts and regulatory standards.
- Manage leave policies and employee benefit programs.
- Streamline HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide guidance on HR-related issues to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and a solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws.
