Job Description
Arthur Lawrence, a US-based IT Staffing Company located in Karachi, is looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to service the American recruitment sector.
Who Should Apply?
- Individuals with proven experience in customer support, adept at handling American and international clientele.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in-person, over the phone, and through email.
- Availability to work US hours (6 PM to 3 AM PKT), with complimentary pick-up and drop-off services.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in US or Canadian voice campaigns.
- Fluent in English, with a natural US accent.
Location: P.E.C.H.S. Block-6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: Base PKR 65,00 plus incentives and benefits.
