Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Banking Helpline Agents for a renowned telecom company. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate solutions. Additionally, you will efficiently process customer orders and payments while maintaining and updating customer account information.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month (Plus performance-based incentives).
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector are mandatory.
Location: Lahore (In-person).
