Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring Banking Helpline Agents for a highly regarded telecom company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with accurate information.
- Process customer orders and payments efficiently.
- Manage customer accounts by updating relevant information.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month (Performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector (CSR).
- Experience with Easypaisa/Jazz Cash campaign is preferred.
