Job Description

ASK Development Limited is actively seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to become Phone Banking Officers at our Call Center located in Lahore. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, address banking inquiries, and effectively promote our financial products via phone communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls concerning banking products and services.
• Assist customers with their account inquiries and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Engage in cross-selling banking products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Applicants must be 35 years old or younger.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with call center experience.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Urdu.
