Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a qualified Senior Architect Engineer to spearhead project planning and execution for our office renovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project budgets and obtain necessary approvals.
- Manage ongoing maintenance and renovation activities for company facilities.
- Conduct structural assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Prepare project reports and audits to uphold quality assurance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
