Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to become a vital part of our dynamic team at a prestigious Telecom company. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, address employee inquiries, and provide essential HR support. Additionally, you will coordinate HR projects, meetings, and surveys while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing HR metrics and collaborating with management to identify hiring needs.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, along with fresh to six months of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
