Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries swiftly through chat, email, and support platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or connectivity from a remote location.
• Provide customers with clear, step-by-step guidance and assistance with product usage.
• Document all technical interactions and resolutions within the ticketing system.

Requirements:
