Job Description
We are seeking a full-time FTTH Manager with 5–6 years of experience to lead operations and maintenance and oversee field teams for GPON, metro, carrier, and metro-access networks. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and is fully in-person.
- Plan and execute OFC rehabilitation, upgrades, ring completion, and traffic diversion/contingency measures.
- Coordinate fiber pair assignments, government liaison, and replacement of problematic aerial sections.
- Prepare p-deposit bills, perform PMR repairs, and produce daily/weekly/monthly cable cut and PMR reports.
- Update GIS/KMZ routes, conduct PAT before takeovers, manage stores/tools replenishment, and close audit observations to improve SQIs.
Salary: Rs90,00–Rs120,00 per month.
