Job Description
ASK Development, a well-respected telecom company, is in search of enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inbound Customer Care Agents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls with a positive and professional attitude.
- Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with precise solutions.
- Process orders and manage customer account information accurately.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience: At least 6 months in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative).
- Location: Candidates must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs55,00.00, with performance-based incentives.
