Job Description
Avari Hotel Lahore is looking for a committed and professional Guest Service Agent to enhance our vibrant team. The role involves proficient communication with colleagues, overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, training new personnel, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
Responsibilities: Build effective communication with team members, manage arrivals and departures, train new staff, and stay informed about hotel operations.
Qualifications: A graduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 1 year in a similar position. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
