Job Description
Barqtron Engineering Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and maintaining the Document Control Register (DCR). Responsibilities will include registering, tracking, and distributing both incoming and outgoing documents such as drawings, submittals, correspondences, and reports. You will ensure that all documents are accurately filed, version-controlled, and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
Additionally, your role will involve generating periodic reports detailing document status, conducting regular audits of the document control system, and maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
