Job Description
BBG Professionals is excited to invite skilled candidates to become part of our Chartered Accountancy practice as a Junior Bookkeeper. This is a permanent, full-time role with working hours from 11 am to 8 pm, with minor variations based on workload demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping duties using various software and manage source records.
- Reconcile accounts and address any discrepancies that arise.
- Prepare trial balances using Excel.
- Submit electronic VAT Returns.
- Communicate effectively through email and verbally with clients and team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in accountancy or finance.
- Experience with UK accounts/bookkeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.
