Job Description
BBG Professionals is on the lookout for skilled individuals to become part of our Chartered Accountancy practice as Admin Officers. The working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM, with some flexibility based on workload. We provide competitive salaries that reflect current market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up client profiles on the firm’s database and various software applications.
- Prepare engagement letters for a range of services.
- Facilitate online submission of Accounts and Tax Returns.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including overseeing email communications.
- Communicate effectively via email and verbally with colleagues, clients, and UK authorities.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA (Hons), BSC/MSC or a related field.
- Experience with UK businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong IT and communication skills are essential; proficiency in spoken English is advantageous.
