Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead assortment planning, pricing, and vendor relationships to maximize sales and margins. Responsibilities include developing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales and trend data, forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, negotiating supplier terms, and coordinating with buying, marketing, and operations to ensure effective in-store and online presentation.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field, with a minimum of five years’ merchandising experience, advanced Excel and analytical skills, proven negotiation and leadership abilities, and excellent communication. Must be able to meet deadlines and manage cross-functional projects efficiently.
