Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of construction project management, cost estimation, and contract administration.
As a Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include estimating project costs, preparing tender documentation, and managing budgets throughout the construction process. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
