Job Description
Blue Pine Mountain Homes is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Resort Manager for our luxury resort, conveniently located 4 km from Murree. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration, along with 7-8+ years of relevant experience in hotel or resort management.
The responsibilities of this role include overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and leading a team that upholds our brand values. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range between Rs175,00.00 and Rs225,00.00 per month. The position requires in-person attendance at our resort.
