Job Description
Bond Chain Consultancy is on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this full-time role, you will provide essential technical support to our staff, addressing hardware, software, and networking challenges. Your key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and IT equipment, as well as setting up specialized IT infrastructure for events at exhibition venues.
Additionally, you will be tasked with troubleshooting connectivity issues, managing email accounts, and collaborating with external vendors for IT support. Regular monitoring of IT systems and thorough documentation of processes will be critical to ensure seamless operations.
