Job Description

Brain Telecommunication Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Executive (Technical) to join our 1st Layer support team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our technical teams by providing prompt assistance for service-related issues and executing basic diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints and service requests concerning network issues.
• Create service requests using Oracle-based ERP software.
• Perform initial technical assessments and troubleshooting.
• Log and update support tickets accurately in the system.
• Clearly communicate service status and solutions to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications or IT.
• 1–2 years of customer or technical support experience in the telecom sector.
• Basic knowledge of telecom networks and diagnostic tools.
• Applicants must be residents of Lahore.
