Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Expert with extensive experience in managing paid advertising on all major social media platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to effectively plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that enhance engagement, generate leads, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee paid advertising campaigns across key platforms.
- Manage ad accounts, pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Create engaging ad creatives and compelling copy.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet campaign goals.
- Stay informed about platform updates and advertising trends.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of key performance metrics.
- Effective communication and organization abilities.
- Experience in healthcare, beauty, or service sectors is a plus.
