Job Description
Bright Ideas Communications is on the lookout for a skilled Head of Design to inspire and lead a diverse team in crafting outstanding visual, product, and brand experiences. This pivotal role merges creative direction, strategic insight, and operational management to define the overarching design vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive design vision and standards across all platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a talented team of designers.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers and key stakeholders.
- Preserve brand integrity and ensure visual consistency.
- Oversee significant design projects and implement comprehensive design systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field, with 8+ years of design experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role, and a strong portfolio.
