Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance checks on products and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Apply sales expertise to uphold quality standards.
- Use CRM systems to monitor quality metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of process improvement reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 6 months of experience in a sales role.
- Proficient with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
