Job Description
Join BroadPeak Technologies as a Client Success & Support Specialist. In this critical role, you will facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our tools. You will conduct product walkthroughs and provide comprehensive training on key functionalities.
Your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, diagnosing issues, and tracking support tickets to ensure timely resolution. Establishing strong relationships with clients is essential to enhance retention and satisfaction.
This position also entails maintaining accurate records of interactions, generating reports on client concerns, and collaborating across teams to improve the overall client experience.
