Job Description
Burger Lab seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, staff training, inventory, scheduling, and customer service while maintaining food safety, regulatory compliance, and a strong brand reputation. The role requires leadership in budgeting, cost control, and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Business; 3+ years in restaurant/hospitality management; MS Office proficiency; excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Position: Full-time, in-person. Compensation: Rs90,00–Rs100,00/month plus competitive benefits, career progression, and employee meal discounts.
