Job Description
Call Cafe is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The right candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone communication.

- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Carry out data entry tasks across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service is preferred.

- Availability for evening and night shifts is necessary.
