Job Description

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, your primary duties will include:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of our recruitment strategy.
• Identifying future hiring needs and creating job descriptions.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinating interviews and contact references.
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen understanding of the recruitment process and employment laws and regulations.
• The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
