This role involves overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies while managing recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and manage budgeting activities.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; relevant experience is preferred.
