Job Description

Working Hours: 50 Hours Weekly (Rotational Shifts)
Location: Gulberg II, Lahore
Job Duties
- Manage UK operations from our 24/7 control room in Lahore.
- Address client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and more.
- Schedule staff shifts efficiently.
- Show flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
Requirements
- Completion of A-Level or a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an international call center, preferably with UK experience.
- At least 1 year in a UK-based security company.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
