Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is looking for a skilled and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the immigration process for study, work, and permanent residency in various countries. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and a proven history of assisting clients with complex immigration procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert advice on immigration regulations for countries including Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for different visa categories and suggest suitable immigration options.
- Prepare and submit visa applications and supporting documentation to the relevant authorities.
- Stay informed about updates in laws and immigration policies.
- Provide compliance guidance and follow up for optimal outcomes.
