Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Calling Agent to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing essential product information, and supporting our sales and collections initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls for sales and follow-up communications.
- Manage inbound calls and effectively resolve customer inquiries.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and achieve call targets.
Requirements: A high school diploma is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred), prior telecalling experience is advantageous, along with excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: On-site
