Job Description
CIVITECH is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in cost estimation using Market Rate System (MRS) items, skillfully complete bid documents, and effectively oversee construction sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate cost estimates based on MRS items.
- Prepare comprehensive bid documents for various construction projects.
- Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Manage tracking of quantities and costs related to materials and labor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in estimation and site management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00 – Rs40,00/month
