Job Description
Climax Software Solutions is seeking a full-time Customer Support Executive to provide professional, in-person ERP support in Karachi. Salary: Rs60,00–Rs120,00/month.
- Responsibilities: troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, train users, document solutions, and deliver timely, human-centered assistance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field; minimum 2 years’ ERP support/implementation experience; excellent spoken and written English; patient communicator and fast technical problem-solver; must reliably commute or relocate to Karachi.
- Role objective: act as the go-to expert who converts user confusion into confidence and drives ERP success.
